Shipping
Domestic Shipping
We currently only offer domestic shipping. Please choose your shipping speed upon checkout. Please note it takes 2-6 days to process your order in addition to your shipping speed.
International Shipping
We currently don't offer international shipping. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address

Returns
Returns & Exchanges
Currently due to Covid-19 we are not accepting returns. Email customer service for any further questions.
IMPORTANT: Damaged, worn, dirty or any shoes that Shoefix believes has been used will NOT be accepted and will be returned back to their sender. This also includes any items outside of the 7 day return period. Please contact customer care for the return address.
PLEASE BE ADVISED THERE ARE NO RETURNS ON SALE ITEMS, PRE-ORDERS, JEWELRY AND ACCESSORIES.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please contact us if you believe your order has arrived damaged. We will have the issue resolve within 5 business days.
